5 Hotels with Pool and Day Pass in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo

We all like to take a walk through the Colonial Zone. Whether it's Sunday or midweek, the area is one of the few places in the city that allow us to walk quietly and relax watching attractive colonial buildings. In addition, there are a variety of cool hotels with rooftops with deadly views that are worth visiting. I am a fan of the Zone! So here is a small list of 5 hotels in the Colonial Zone that have a day pass and a swimming pool.

X "Although the location is central but far from the main restaurants the night noise of the street makes it impossible to rest especially the rooms attached to the street do not think back bad relationship between the price and quality offered to the visitor." (Nov. 2018)

√  "It's a beautiful hotel, it has some of its history in the lobby, very well located in the colonial area near many monuments of this beautiful city, with a beautiful pool, the rooms very nice and clean, my experience was very good, the Staff is super friendly very attentive, the girls very helpful." (Apr. 2017)

X  "Their rooms are dark, you have to bear in mind that in pages like booking.com they are not including taxes and this is written down "in small print" so you only know the real cost when you are going to pay. I would look for another hotel if I have to stay in Santo Domingo again." (Apr. 2017)

"I booked at Luca Hotel to surprise my husband as a Valentine's and Anniversary gift, I could not choose better, the decoration of the exquisite room, the ambience of the entire hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway. The attentions of the staff are also excellent." (Feb. 2018)

Comments from users on Tripadvisor:

√  "The location is excellent, the service is very good, to highlight the lady who serves breakfast, it has a very good design, it is a well-made recycling with very good decoration.
The breakfast is rich, they have a very good coffee but it is not buffet. In my case I am having a little more breakfast than what they serve, especially fruit but equally good. The wifi works well."(Nov. 2018)

X  "The weak point is the reduced space in the room, ours was not the smallest, it was the next size, but it does not become a problem." (Nov. 2018)
